    the imatrailblazersfan site used to be active, what happened? this site is dead now i remember late last season they switched over to the new format, was that the difference? there used to be many discussions after each game, but now the most posts seem to come from the 2008 -2009 season, even though we are in the 2009- 2010 season so what happened over the summer to drive fans out of here?

    pdxblazerfan: Yeah, on the old site the messageboards were a lot more active. I think it was because that was really the only thing on the site. Also, there was a dramatic change in design and layout to the new site.

    I think the more people post in the boards the more people will come back. This site gets a TON of traffic, so does trailblazers.com. People are there, we just need to give them a reason to talk. If you can post something every so often, people will respond.

    Also, if you have any suggestions on how we can improve the site, please let me know. I always want to evolve the site to make it better than it is...

    i like the site its got some pretty cool features and stuff but the layout isn't the best. the message boards seem to be a little out of the way and are easy to miss if your just passing through. at the moment i am actually using this site for posting my thoughts and using another site for disgussions etc.

    I think this site was actually designed to scare away drunk Laker fans. It's slow to load, lags on everything, and it's hard to follow topics. Tipsy, double visioned Laker fans are not able to talk smack here, because they can't even find out where to begin writing. Also, there's a couple people that have all kindsa' cool badges and player stuff. I got one somehow, Channing Frye. Hah-HAH! He's even still on my page.

    the old site was way better, i used to been on that all the time having lots of discussions about different topics. it seems like the discussions are organized all wrong. Can't i just see what people at talking about now? it seems like all the discussions are old and the same every time i come to the message boards

    Agree that they are a little out of the way. There is a big nav on the homepage, but I think there should be better promotion of threads throughout the site... so if you're looking at the game vs the Hawks, it should show the Messageboard Topics about the Hawks.
