I'll be down in Vegas for part of the summer but I'm not sure exactly the dates. Do you know when the summer league games are played? Hopefully they'll coincide with my trip and I'll get to check it out.
I am a fan of this team. Here's to hoping for a healthy season!!!

Unfortunately I have no money and can't make any trips, but I will be watching them on Comcast Sports Net. For those of you with Direct TV, get mad at them, not Comcast or the Blazers. The only way DTV will accept the offer is if Comcast allows DTV to put as part of a paid package and Comcast is telling them that "no, it needs to be available on regular programming" so that YOU, the customers don't have to pay more for it. I had Direct TV and I hated it. My rates continued to sky rocket even though they told me that it would NEVER go above 58 dollars per month, by the time I finally cancelled they had boosted it up over 65 dollars/month. They said that my "flat rate" was still the same but now there was some "fee" that had been implemented. Before I signed up with them I speciffically asked of they were going to be getting Comcast Sports Net Northwest when it launched that October, and they guaranteed me that they would. I finally got tired of the lieing and cancelled my subscription and went to Comcast. Trust me, it's worth the 90 dollar early cancellation penalty.
I am a fan of Good basketball, great fans and Rip City!

At least I know I wont be the only Blazer fan down there. I also heard somewhere that some Blazer execs & personnel like Kevin Pritchard, Brian Wheeler, etc. are talking at a conference which is open to the public. Well its not free, but you gotta get a ticket. Anyone else heard about this? One of my friends said that other NBA execs will be talking at this. He said its being held in Vegas and hosted by an agency called Sports Management Worldwide. If anyone knows anything about this, let me know. I'd be interested to hear what they have to say. Not everyday you get to be in the same room as them.

I am going to go. I think it will be fun. I am also going to this Sports Management Worldwide conference where Pritchard, Wheeler, and other NBA execs are talking. It will be fun to hear them speak! I can not wait to hear them speak but also the future of the nba play! Go Blazers!
