This year has gone by way too fast!  This is my first year on the team, and it has been the most amazing experience and better than I could have ever imagined!  I can't believe Christmas is already over, and New Years is only a couple days away! 
I work full time at a Staffing Agency, so life is pretty crazy!  It was great to get away for few days and spend time with my family.  I am from Eastern Oregon, Hermiston, to be exact, and it's always great to go home and see my Grandparents and cousins.  It is about a 3 hour drive from Portland, but it seems like forever!  This year we took my fairly big SUV, but it was packed full with my sister, my mom and dad, two dogs, packages to be delivered along the way, presents and me!  Needless to say, it wasn't the most comfortable drive I've ever been on, but what an experience!  I was able to spend some time with my family and just relax for a couple days, it was really nice! 
I had Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, but back to the normal Monday-Friday work week yesterday.  This week I have a 4 day weekend, a game on Thursday and Sunday.  I'm excited for the New Year to begin!  Next week we are going to Los Angeles for a week to do dance workshops and other fun stuff!  I am so excited!  Traveling with the team is going to be a blast!  I've already started to think about what I need to pack and  have been getting ready for it!  Hopefully the weather is a little nicer there than it is here!
