An interesting tidbit from The Oregonian's Jason Quick in his story about the first day at the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago. According to Quick, the Trail Blazers might be looking for a team willing to trade for what is projected to be the 10th pick.

Portland's front office staff have been busy during the first day of the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago. They've interviewed Shabazz Muhammad and Cody Zeller and now we hear from Jason Quick that they've also interviewed Syracuse guard Michael Carter-Williams.

The NBA put together a package of Damian Lillard's top plays to celebrate his unanimous selection as the 2012-13 NBA Rookie of the Year. It's a good mix, though I feel like they missed a few and went a bit heavy on the layups. You guys think they missed anything?

There was little doubt, if any, that Damian Lillard would win Rookie of the Year, but whether he would join Ralph Sampson, David Robinson and Blake Griffin as the only rookies to win the award unanimously was still up for debate.
