      Hey i just had to find this team photo..I remember this was the first year i really started following the Blazers. I actually had that '77-78 team photo, they were free at Thriftway. I was 10, and religously listened to the games alone in my room. Bill Schonely's voice became part of my family really. Amazing how heartache can be attached to a team. I remember holding out hope as we played Seattle in the playoffs, but Webster and Gus Williams and "Downtown" Freddy Brown, would beat us, go to the finals, and win it all the next year. Man do i miss that I-5 rivialry.Anyways great memories!! I love this site!!
