    • The Portland Trail Blazers host the Chicago Bulls at the Rose Garden for the first and only time this season. Tipoff is schedule for 6 PM on CSNNW and 1190 KEX.

    • The Trail Blazers enter Sunday night's game having most recently defeated the Houston Rockets 119-117 in overtime on Friday. The Bulls find themselves in the second night of a back-to-back after losing to the Clippers 101-80 Saturday night in Los Angeles.

    • In the only meeting between the two teams last season, Portland won 100-89 at Chicago on March 16, 2012. The win snapped a two-game losing streak for the Trail Blazers at the United Center.

    • Portland has won four in a row and five of the last six contests against the Bulls at the Rose Garden.

    • Portland has not lost the regular season series against Chicago since the 2006-07 season, when the Bulls won both meetings of that campaign.

    • The Trail Blazers have won seven of the last nine regular season meetings against Chicago.

    • In the last 10 games between Portland and Chicago, the winning team has scored at least 100 points.

    • Against the Bulls in the only meeting last year, LaMarcus Aldridge led the Trail Blazers with 21 points on 9-of-18 shooting. Wesley Matthews scored 18 points (4-5 3-PT), Nicolas Batum finished with 15 points and nine rebounds, and Nolan Smith scored 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting off the bench.

    • Chicago shot just 8-of-27 (29.6%) from 3-point range in the 100-89 loss against Portland a season ago. The Trail Blazers shot 11-of-21 (52.4%) from long distance in that same game. Portland also held the Bulls to 42.4 percent shooting from the floor.

    • The Trail Blazers outscored Chicago 22-10 in the fourth quarter of last season’s meeting. The 10 points in the final quarter were the fewest points scored by a Trail Blazer opponent in the fourth quarter all of last season.

    • The last time Chicago played in Portland, on Feb. 7, 2011, LaMarcus Aldridge scored a career-high 42 points in a 109-103 Trail Blazers win.

    • Against the Trail Blazers last season, Carlos Boozer led Chicago with 22 points and 14 rebounds. Luol Deng added 19 points, and Joakim Noah finished with 12 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
