Aldridge Off Crutches, Still In Boot

LaMarcus Aldridge rolled his left ankle late in Sunday's win against the Hornets. He's since had both an x-ray and MRI, which confirmed a left ankle sprain. Aldridge didn't practice on Tuesday, though it sounds as though he made a trip to the doctor for a checkup, as he tweeted ...
Aldridge, along with Wesley Matthews (strained left hip flexor) and Joel Freeland (torn ligament in right index finger) are all listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Nuggets. Both Matthews and Freeland were at practice on Tuesday, though Freeland, who was wearing a hard splint on his injured right hand, said he did not play.
