12.05.09 Pregame: Rudy Out, Oden And LA Probably In

Some quick updates before the start of tonight's game versus the Rockets at the Rose Garden.
• Rudy Fernandez is out for tonight's game with sciatic pain, which basically means his back is killing him. He'll undergo and MRI tonight and is listed as questionable for Monday's game in New York versus the Knicks.
• LaMarcus Aldridge said he will try to give it a go tonight despite lingering knee pain. Greg Oden, who rolled an ankle in the loss to Miami, is expected to play as well.
• Dante Cunningham will be wearing protective glasses thanks to a gash over his left eye which he sustain during practice on Saturday. He and Martell went head to head, with Martell's forehead winning out over Dante's eyelid. He took 11 stitches, but should be fine.
• The Trail Blazers are not only wearing the Hardwood Classics jerseys that the team wore during the 1976-77 championship season but they're also wearing throwback warmups, which are really cool, in my opinion.
