VIDEO: J.A. Adande amd Isreal Gutierrez Make Case For Two Trail Blazers In The All-Star Game

An interesting video this morning from ESPN.com. NBA writers J.A. Adande and Israel Guttierez turn their attention to the "upstart" teams in the NBA and make the case that those teams deserve multiple All-Star selections. Adande implies that Damian Lillard should get the nod alongside LaMarcus Aldridge, while Guttierez seems to support selecting Nicolas Batum. My personal opinion is you couldn't go wrong with any of them.

  1. I won't be surprised if none of the three make it. Aldrige is the most likely I think, but if Lee gets the nod, then LA will get the snubb. Lillard has a great case to be made for any rookies since MJ given the success of Portland, and how they were only projected to win 28 games pre-season. And Batum is clearly deserving as the 2nd best SF in the West, but his selection to the All-Star roster would surprise me the most. Thanks for the video.

  2. The one who has the best chance is Batum, LA has Duncan, Lee, Z-Bo & M. Gasol to deal with same with Lillard He has WestBrook, Parker & Curry and like Fanatic said Batum is the second best SF in the west but, I guess it isn't all that bad if none of them don't make it, this team deserves the rest at All Star break and that's alright with me.
