Exit interviews always come too early for all but one team each season, but this year's wrap up at the practice facility came far, far too soon.
Technically, Portland's 2011-12 season ended only a few days later than the end of the 2010-11 season, but that season came to a close with a loss to the eventual World Champions. Neither could be considered a "good loss," but at least last year's conclusion came in the postseason. A regular season loss to the Jazz in Salt Lake City is no substitute.
And just like every year, the Trail Blazers faced up with the media for one last time before everyone goes their separate ways for the summer. But this year, with many of the players, their final sign-offs had the feel of goodbyes, rather than see you laters. Probably because, for the most part, that's going to be the case.
Click the photos below to watch the exit interviews from the majority of the 2011-12 Portland Trail Blazers. For many, it'll be the last interviews of their careers in Portland.
